By far, the largest demand for the world's water comes from agriculture, as more than two-thirds of the water withdrawn from the earth's rivers, lakes and aquifers is used for irrigation. The Intelligent Use of Buildings’ Energy Information (IntUBE) aims to develop a tool capable of measuring and analysing building energy profiles based on user comfort needs. The software tools developed within this project support good building performance and efficient local energy networks which use natural resources in an optimal way.
